Dosage Guidelines

You Are Unique

Each individual's metabolism and needs are different. Therefore, we recommend you test out different dosages to discover what works best for your body.

START

Start with 20mg taken once per day. Try this for 3-4 days taking note of how you feel.

INCREASE

Increase your dosage by 10mg each day. Migrating to 30mg, then 40mg, then 50mg, and so forth. Take note of how you feel each day. Please note, the human body can only absorb 40mg of CBD in a given dosage. Therefore, when taking greater than 40mg per day, we recommend splitting your intake up into multiple dosages.

DETERMINE YOUR DOSAGE

Once you reach the desired effect and are finding relief, try increasing by 10mg once more. If this does not provide a more desirable effect, step your dosage back down 10mg. You've found your daily dosage!

STAY CONSISTENT

CBD builds up in an individual's system. Therefore, it works best when taken consistently over time.

FAQs

Will CBD make me high?

No. CBD (cannabidiol) does not cause the intoxicating high associated with THC. Some CBD products, such as full spectrum, may contain small amounts of THC, so check each product's label and COA. Does CBD get you high?

Can hemp-derived products show up on a drug test?

Yes. Hemp-derived THC products, including THCA flower, can cause a positive result because drug tests look for THC. Some CBD products can also contain trace THC. If you're subject to drug testing, we recommend avoiding these products.

Do you carry full spectrum, broad spectrum, and isolate CBD?

Yes, we carry all three. Check each product's COA to see exactly what it contains.
