Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
To process a return, please provide your order number, receipt, or account information.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 days for your bank to process the refund.
Consumable Product Warranty
Due to the nature of consumable products, we ask that any concerns with disposables, cartridges, flower, or edibles be reported within:
• 72 hours for in-store purchases
• 7 days from delivery for online orders
We will always do our best to review each situation and provide a fair resolution.
Hardware Product Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on hardware devices in the case of manufacturer defects.
If your device stops working due to a defect, we will repair or replace it with the same item, provided there are no signs of misuse, damage, or modification.
This warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage (drops, dents, water exposure)
• Items that have been taken apart
• Consumable goods such as flower, pre-rolls, papers, or glass
If the original item is no longer available, we’re happy to offer a comparable replacement.
