Return Policy
We are happy to offer returns on any unused/unopened merchandise within 30 days from purchase. All you need is an order number, receipt, or account so we can track down your purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, it can take 7-14 days for some banks to apply the credit to your account.
Unfortunately, we can only provide refunds using the same form of payment as the original purchase and cannot provide cash back on gift card or credit card purchases.
Product Warranty
We carry only high-quality products and offer a 60-day product warranty on all hardware in the case of a manufacturer defect. If your device quits working due to a manufacturer's defect, we will either fix it or exchange it for the same item as long as it is in good condition without any signs of misuse or neglect. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's warranty will not cover items with dents or water damage and does not cover wax, paper cones, rolling papers/tips, pre-rolls, or glass purchases. We also cannot exchange items which have been taken apart as they are no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If we no longer carry the item you purchased, we would love to exchange it for something else of similar or greater value. Once an exchange is made, we will not make another exchange on that particular item. But, bottom line is -- if anything goes wrong with your device, hit us up! We ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase!
In order to receive a full refund or exchange, in-store purchases of disposables, cartridges, flower, or edibles must be returned within 72 hours from the time of purchase and online purchases must be returned within 7 days from delivery in order to qualify. In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, but we'll always do our best to assist you!
