Ordering online and shipping THC products is 100% federally legal. All of our products comply with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (the Farm Bill) which removed hemp from the federal controlled substances list. Under the Farm Bill, any cannabis product with a Delta 9 THC concentration of less than 0.3% by dry weight is considered hemp.

Shipping rates will vary depending on your preferred carrier and shipping option. However, all orders over $75 will receive FREE first-class shipping!
