Frequently Asked Questions
You Ask, We Answer
How is THC federally legal?
All of our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Specifically, the Farm Bill legalized all cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Given that gummies are relatively dense, they can contain higher levels of Delta-9 THC while still adhering to federal law. Additionally, our flower products naturally contain significant concentrations of THCA, which converts to Delta-9 THC at a rate of 87.7% when smoked or heated. This provides the same enjoyable effects as traditional marijuana, all while remaining federally compliant.
We are serious about remaining good stewards of the industry and adhering to all federal and local laws which is why we only offer products that undergo third party testing by reputable labs and only ship products that are compliant within that state.
Do I need a Prescription or Medical Marijuana Card to Shop at Grateful Green?
No. You do not need a Medical Marijuana Card or a Prescription to shop any of Grateful Green's Legal THC products.
How do you ensure THC products are legal?
We exclusively offer products that have up-to-date and compliant Certificates of Analysis, ensuring both consumer safety and the legality of our offerings.
What makes Exotic THCA Flower Different?
Exotic THCA flower stands out for its rare genetics, rich terpene profiles, and small-batch cultivation. These premium buds are often hand-trimmed, visually stunning, and grown with exceptional care to deliver bolder flavors, smoother smoke, and stronger effects. Unlike mass-produced flower, exotics are crafted for connoisseurs looking for quality, not just potency.
How do you keep your flower so fresh?
We keep our flower fresh by prioritizing airtight, light-blocking storage from the moment it arrives at our facility. Every batch is stored in sealed containers and portioned only when you order, so it stays protected from air, moisture, and light. This process helps preserve terpenes, potency, and overall quality, so your flower stays as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.
Are THC Beverages good?
THC beverages offer a fast, discreet, and social alternative to traditional edibles. Thanks to nano-emulsion technology, they typically kick in faster—often within 15–30 minutes—and provide a lighter, short-lived buzz. While they may cost more per milligram than edibles, their smoother onset and precise dosing make them a convenient option for casual or group settings.
Does THCA get you high?
Yes and No, THCA in it's raw form will not get you high like traditional cannabis. However, when THCA decarboxylates it converts into Delta 9 THC, which is what cannabis is known for getting you high. THCA Decarbs when exposed to heat such as a flame or a heating element in a Cartridge or Disposable.
Will CBD or legal cannabis show up on a drug test?
Our products will cause you to test positive on a drug test for marijuana. We recommend not using any hemp or legal THC products if you are required to pass a drug test. Even CBD isolate containing non-detectible levels of THC could show up as marijuana on a drug test, so it is better to be safe than sorry.
Will CBD make me high?
No, CBD (cannabidiol) by itself does not produce the psychoactive "high" associated with THC. Unlike THC, CBD doesn't cause euphoria, alter perception, or impair cognition. In fact, CBD may even help counteract the psychoactive effects of THC when both are used together.
What should I expect Ordering THC online?
When ordering online, you can confidently purchase hemp‑derived THC products that are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, meaning they contain no more than 0.3% Delta‑9 THC by dry weight You’ll find a wide variety of options, from lighter Delta‑8 experiences to potent THCA flower, hemp‑derived Delta‑9 edibles, and advanced cannabinoids like THCP, CBN, and CBG. To shop smart, look for third‑party lab results (COAs), clear product labeling, and honest reviews. Expect fast, discreet shipping, usually processed within a couple of business days with tracking.
Where can I find a Grateful Green store?
What is THCA?
THCA, short for tetrahydrocannabinol acid, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw, live cannabis and hemp plants. It acts as the non-psychoactive precursor to THC, converting into the famous psychoactive compound through heat, such as when cannabis is smoked, vaped, or cooked. In its unheated form, THCA doesn’t produce a "high," but it’s being studied for potential wellness benefits like anti-inflammatory or neuroprotective effects
Can federally legal THC get me high?
Yes, it can! Our federally legal THC products can provide the same effects as cannabis found in legal states or the illicit market without the risk, danger, or inconsistency. You can be pain-free, relaxed, calm, or happy using safer, more reliable options from Grateful Green.
