Dosage Guidelines

You Are Unique

START

Start with 20mg taken once per day. Try this for 3-4 days taking note of how you feel.

INCREASE

Increase your dosage by 10mg each day. Migrating to 30mg, then 40mg, then 50mg, and so forth. Take note of how you feel each day. Please note, the human body can only absorb 40mg of CBD in a given dosage. Therefore, when taking greater than 40mg per day, we recommend splitting your intake up into multiple dosages.

DETERMINE YOUR DOSAGE

Once you reach the desired effect and are finding relief, try increasing by 10mg once more. If this does not provide a more desirable effect, step your dosage back down 10mg. You've found your daily dosage!
