All of our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Specifically, the Farm Bill legalized all cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Given that gummies are relatively dense, they can contain higher levels of Delta-9 THC while still adhering to federal law. Additionally, our flower products naturally contain significant concentrations of THCA, which converts to Delta-9 THC at a rate of 87.7% when smoked or heated. This provides the same enjoyable effects as traditional marijuana, all while remaining federally compliant.
