How is THC federally legal?

All of our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Specifically, the Farm Bill legalized all cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Given that gummies are relatively dense, they can contain higher levels of Delta-9 THC while still adhering to federal law. Additionally, our flower products naturally contain significant concentrations of THCA, which converts to Delta-9 THC at a rate of 87.7% when smoked or heated. This provides the same enjoyable effects as traditional marijuana, all while remaining federally compliant.

We are serious about remaining good stewards of the industry and adhering to all federal and local laws which is why we only offer products that undergo third party testing by reputable labs and only ship products that are compliant within that state.
